This policy explains what information SmartMoneyFlows collects when you use the website, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account details you provide: email address, display name and password (stored only as an argon2 hash, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We also store the lists you create: watchlist symbols, saved wallet addresses and the labels you give them.
2. Cookies and local storage
We use an HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in (up to 30 days) and a cookie that remembers your language. Your browser's session storage records in-site navigation so the Back button returns to the previous page. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to measure page views in aggregate. It does not use cookies to track you across other websites.
4. Market and wallet data
Market data and wallet activity shown on the site come from public sources such as Hyperliquid and Whale Alert. Wallet addresses are public on-chain identifiers. Addresses, symbols and labels you save are private to your account and are not shown to other users.
5. How we use information
We use your information to provide and secure your account, show your watchlist, saved addresses and labels, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Sharing
We share information only with providers that help us run the service (such as hosting and Google for sign-in), or when required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your account information while your account is active. Signed-in sessions expire automatically. You can remove items from your lists at any time, and you can contact us to delete your account and associated data.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed, session cookies cannot be read by page scripts, and internal requests between our services are signed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
